Haris Qureshi
Managing Director
Haris is the founding solicitor and director of Haris Law, established in 2022 with the goal of providing straightforward, down-to-earth legal advice and achieving excellent results in family law. Specialising in children matters and domestic abuse, Haris brings compassion, clarity, and strategic insight to every case. Having worked at several large high street law firms, Haris developed a strong foundation in handling complex family law issues before setting up his own firm. His approach is rooted in clear communication — no legal jargon, just honest, practical advice that clients can trust. Wadeeha joined the firm in August 2023, beginning her journey with a Business Administration Level 3 apprenticeship before progressing to a Solicitor Apprenticeship. She now supports a range of legal work while continuing her academic training, gaining valuable experience across different departments. Often the first port of call for clients, Wadeeha is known for her approachable nature, professionalism, and calm manner. She quickly builds trust with clients and colleagues alike, and is well liked for her friendly and supportive approach. Her progression within the firm is a testament to her dedication and capability, and she remains committed to qualifying as a solicitor through the apprenticeship route.

Aisha Hussain
Aisha qualified as a solicitor in 2002 - with over 23 years of experience, she has worked across a range of legal settings, from Citizens Advice and local firms in Lancashire to providing pro bono support through the Law Works Organisation and the Personal Support Unit at the Manchester Civil Justice Centre. This diverse background has equipped her with the skills to engage effectively with clients from all walks of life. As a member of Resolution, Aisha is dedicated to resolving family disputes constructively, focusing on achieving the best possible outcomes for her clients—both financially and emotionally. She has represented clients in matters including divorce, separation, child arrangements, and protective injunctions, with one of her international family law cases, Akhtar v Ayoub [2013] EWHC 3840 (Fam), becoming a reported case. Aisha also sits as a Magistrate. Alongside her legal career, Aisha holds Qualified Teacher Status, has served as a school governor for over 17 years, and chaired numerous committees and hearings. She also holds the STEP Advanced Certificate in Will Preparation and regularly advises on Islamic divorces and Shari’ah-compliant wills, ensuring her services reflect the cultural and religious needs of her clients. Known for her expertise, empathy, and commitment, Aisha provides tailored legal solutions that support her clients through both immediate challenges and future planning.
